The brand name “Tera” was derived from the word “Terra”, the ancient Roman Goddess of Mother Earth that brings fertility and prosperity.

We have a rich history and solid foundations upon which we have built. Focusing on IPO’s, M&A’s corporate bond issuances and private placements, serving institutional clients, both domestic and abroad.
